Room is OK, but was drilling and loud noise in morning from work men who did not care about waking up guests. When the reception was told they was rude and did not care at all. I love Thailand as the people people are usually so nice and considerate, and I feel upset to have this experience. Many great hotel in Chiang Mai that are polite and care for guests more at cheaper price

Rooms depend on what part of the hotel you are staying in the newer updated rooms are nice The pool is beautiful but some of the rooms are located in an old part of the hotel. The gym has a few things to work out with but don't work very well. Laundry service was efficient. Website description of rooms was confusing and frustrating on check-in.

The room is big enough, but the facilities are old, but it is clean and tidy up every day. The hotel's location is both prosperous and quiet, and you can walk to convenience stores and night markets. It's a very good location. There are not …

Complete amenities, big room, clean, but this time the room pillow was a little soft. The air compressor is quite loud. There is a coffee shop below the hotel, the taste is very good. I have stayed for the second time.

Nice pool, very friendly staff and the only downside is the internet doesn’t work but overall enjoyed this stay.

Overall not bad. The issue I’m not satisfied is the water ponding in the shower room, also my room facing to the village, I heard the dog barking every midnight, couldn’t have the nice rest.

Remarkable staff, nothing is too much trouble, polite friendly made our stay superb. Great location, brilliant pool, really nice cafe - would love to return one day. Really appreciated the extra help when we booked out.
